1500HL noise!!!

Am biting the bullet, and running my 1500HL over the winter months; but it has a REALLY irritating problem, and my 1500TC does the same thing, & I wondered if you had ever had it!!!<br>

When coming on or off power, there is a horrible creaky type squeek coming from the back end; it seems around the back axle area. Its like driving an old boat when coming on & off power round bends with the noise. It also happens when taking off!<br>

Also, the front suspension exhibits a horrible groan when moving off - any ideas before I coat everything with WD40?????<br>
<br>
Otherwise apart from needing a service soon, very happy with the car. The heater is superb, and when taking my Dad out over the weekend, he remarked how nice the suspension is compared to modern cars, which jar his back too much. Fuel economy is quite good to and performace is peppy enough to get me up teh hills on the way to work!!!<br>
