Front suspension

I only seem to have 3 washers per side on the front suspension fulcrum pin and the little angle bracket that fixes to the subframe in front of the main suspension bracket, is this correct or do I have some washers missing. Also in the book it says that you should not tighten the bottom arm bolt or the nyloc nut on the fulcrum pin until the car is back on it`s wheels, how can this be, you surely can`t get a socket and torque wrench on the nyloc nut once the suspension bracket is fixed back on the car.<br>
Any help much appreciated.
