sprint carb rebuilds

I've got a set of late waxstat SU's in the sprint and an early set in stock which are not waxstats.<br>
<br>
Given the choice and assuming that the spindles are fine in both which do I rebuild?<br>
<br>
Other than the fact that Waxstats are shite is there any other difference to the carbs that make one better than the other?<br>
