I resprayed my Sprint this weekend and am quite pleased with the result, altough it will need some cutting back and polishing.

However my spray gun dripped some paint on to the bonnet and bootlid and I now have two round spots on them.
Is there a way to remove them or will I have to repaint both panels ? (don't feel like it)

I was thinking of using a razor blade and try to shave of the spot and then cut it back and polish.

Anybody has a better idea ?
paint problem
Re: paint problem
can't you just t-cut them out, I have got paint scuffs off before like this. It would take a while, but it would save messing things up with a razor blade. Failing that couldn't you just wet and dry them off and polish up the area around it once its back to the colour you want?

Yes....
thats the best way as david says...
1200 grade wet n dry used wet. Give it a week or two to harden through in case it tears. Then use a rubber backed flatting block and carefully flat the drips off. Quick T-cut or farecla G3, polish and it will disappear...
