Notchy Gearchange

My Sprint gear change doesnt feel right. If i change gear it feels as if the clutch isnt quite working properly as there is a slight gear crunch. However the biting point seems to be about 3/4 up the clutch pedal. I initially thought hydraulics ( as i have replaced the slave cylinder rubbers a few months ago ) but wouldnt that only be the case if the biting point was near the floor ?<br>
It doesnt do it on all gear changes but quite a few of them !<br>
