Sprint propshaft

Hiya,<br>

Can anyone help, with advice required to replace centre bearing carrier.<br>
<br>
Have removed propshaft and suspect centre bearing carrier worn, any ideas on how to replace this.<br>
<br>
My prop has 2 UJ's one at each end, diff and g.box and also the sliding centre joint.<br>
<br>
Any info appreciated. many thanks

You have to 'uncripmp' the metal band around the centre CV, carefully cos you need to re-use it. then split the prop by dismantling the CV, replace the carrier and re-assemble. Don't kancker the CV coes they are not available (neither are the bits for them). A past issue of Dolly Mixture has covered the 'how to do'.<br>
