New Dolly Second problem [windscreen wipers]

After accidentally taking my new Dolly out in the rain I found my second problem<br>
<br>
On switching off the wipers from either fully on or single wipe the blades <!--EZCODE UNDERLINE START--><span style="text-decoration:underline">sometimes</span><!--EZCODE UNDERLINE END--> do not return to park<br>
<br>
Do I need a new wiper motor ?<br>
