I bought a NOS crash roll (part number 710971) for the parcel shelf many years ago with the idea of replacing the original on my car. Fast forward almost 20 years, and the vinyl had delaminated. When I had my seats redone, the trimmer had some spare vinyl, so he refurbished my original and the NOS ...

I am possibly overthinking this, or misunderstanding as I am not that technically-minded, but am trying to work out what hoses I need to order for a TJ brake conversion.

Excellent! I am told that the new chain and tensioner are 'as quiet as a mouse', but I think that is what I was told last time. If it still sounds like a bag of nails, I will be in touch.

With hindsight, I would have paid £45 no problem. However, it now has another (used) tensioner on and I will find out the results later today / Monday. If its still no good, I will get a jag unit.

Further message today, as I pointed him in the direction of this very forum....
