The things that go wrong...

#1 Post by gmsclassics »

I remember reading recently someone listing just some of the thing that have broken while racing. It seems to be the turn of gearboxes for me at present, firstly destroying an entire box and overdrive (not even the main casing is salvagable). Not sure what broke first, but it sure made a mess.

and then after fitting another 'box, at the very next meeting the clutch pedal had a very funny feel to it and pressing the clutch pedal produced some strange noises. This is one part of the Sprint I have never seen break before.

At least the clutch itself seems to have survived.
