hmmm, I looked at my early 1850 this morning & thought that it would look good as a diesel powered pick-up. Lowered, blue neons, the works.

There is a bit too much continuity on this thread!

It's foggy here...

This is without doubt THE most frustrating thread, EVER ! :-#

There have been so many 'points' that I've wanted to 'latch on to'.... But, I guess the whole point is, that there is no point.... Or; is the point that there is no point, the point that makes it rather amusing :scratchin:

How many of you want to follow this with "Good Point !" ?... or, is that just the way my grey matter works ?... and you can't answer that, either...

... this is completely pointless ](*,) I'm off to put the kettle on.

I just calculated my carbon footprint here and it works out at 6.53 tonnes / year against a UK average of 9.80 tonnes. Given that I don't believe in AGW and make no real efforts to reduce my footprint, some of the "majority" of people who believe must be not practicing what they preach in a BIG way! I'm off to make a cow fart.

Better batten down the hatches next week. Looks like it might get a bit breezy:

I spent half an hour this evening soldering together three 2/3AAA NiMH cells to replace a cordless phone battery, 'cos they cost less than half what a proper replacement (which consists of three 2/3AAA NiMH cells soldered together) does. Tomorrow I shall repeat the exercise for the other phone. Then I'm going to get a couple of part worn tyres off the Volvo I scrapped last year put on the front of the Focus. Is there a theme here, perhaps?

Not sure about reduce, but I've been reusing and recycling (mostly cars viewtopic.php?f=5&t=12965#p124885 but I'm not picky) for some while now.
