One can only but admire when a car that is pretty rotten in places can be brought back to life with skill and patience. Keep up the good work.

Wow,that is amazing work. I wish I had half his welding skills! I bet a lot of people would have said that car was beyond repair. I can't wait to see the next lot of photos!!

Hey Y'all :D

I think Hubby is working faster now that he's got the prospect of an increased workload ahead in the shape of my car now its had its bumpy ride!!!

He's done more work to LEROY and we've got some more piccies to show you - once again apologies for the quality of the pics - if it hadn't been for the poor quality there could have been a lot more photos to show you but the detail just isn't showing through on the older camera!

Most repairs done to the front of LEROY and now in primer i will be posting some more pics at the weekend of the next stages!

Well here goes see what you all think now!?

Wow! Is your husband a professional panel beater? How does he do this so quickly (and so well)? That is amazing progress and the standard of work is awe inspiring!

Agreeing entirely with what Nick said there, that is stunningly good-looking work and so quick as well.
Fantastic stuff, that is sure to become one of the very best cars out there. :)

As for Hubby being so quick - he actually started LEROY'S resto a couple of weeks or so before christmas, its taken me some time to get some pictures sorted and on here so it just makes him LOOK QUICK! He's a bit too thorough to be that quick!

By the way he is as you are thinking a professional at this sort of work!!!!

Looks lovely - as so much has been primered, are you taking the opportunity to change colour, or is it going to remain brown?

Re: LEROY's Coming Back!!!!

No we will not be changing colour -

He will remain as his name from the song suggests 'LEROY BROWN' - You know the one it goes ' he's bad bad Leroy Brown baddest man in the whole damn town.....' - I think, anyway :?
