Retrorides gathering 2010.

#1 Post by Pauldaf44 »

To take place Sunday the 8th of August 2010. At the Haynes international Motor Museum. There is camping available and evening entertainment. Prices are still to be confirmed but should be reasonable. Having spoken to a few people who have been before this is apparently an absolutly first class event.
Oh yes there is track there which cars will be running on and the motor museum to look at as well.
If theres enough people wanting to go I will ask for a stand. The admin at retrorides has already asked people to ask any clubs that they are in if they want one. For that matter I really ought to hurry up and send of my membership.

lots more info available on retrorides in fact there is a whole forum dedicated to it

Im really looking forwards to this one.

We may be interested in this event. As long as it doesn't clash with any others. :D
Sprintless for the first time in 35+ years. :boggle2: ... Still Sprintless.

Engines, Gearboxes, Overdrives etc. rebuilt. PM me.

Is there going to be one this year Justyn? I said "As long as it doesn't clash with any others" so we'll go to SDD if you arrange it for that day. :D

Not for me.
I'm not scraping my sump on everything, nor do my wheels look like they're about to fall off.
I think I have the rust bit covered though.

I was hoping to have my dolly ready for this show but it's not gonna be roadworthy in time. :(

Still looking forward to the show tho, would be nice to see some other other dollys/tollys/fwd's!

Was a great day out, I'll add some of my pictures up when I get round to it.

Congratulations to alolympic for his car of the show award. It was well deserved.

This looks distinctly like James's (Modded Toledo) car - nice to know he is still about as has not been on the forum for ages.
Sad to see the for sale notice.
