Rally in the Park

There is a rally in Balado, Perthshire, on Sunday March 18th. It is being held to raise funds for a school building project in Kenya by the Boys Brigade known as Project Steadfast. The cost of this is Â£29 per car and the starting point will be Kinross Services, off M90, at 10am.

There will be a lot of cars, including classics, taking part. It is more fun than serious and will be run on tarmac roads.

Some of the guys from my other club, the Scottish Kit Car Club, will be taking part. I'm entering my Sprint and will be wearing "period attire".

No kilts for me bifold.

I'm going for the badly dressed 70s pimp look myself.

lime green flares, bright orange shirt with purple tank top and greeny/brown loafers. Add in "moss chops", 70s wig and "bandido" moustache and you've got a badly dressed 70s pimp. ta-da
