I'm going to need some guidance on this, as I didn't get to the last show until midday (not my fault...) and the time before that I slept all the way up.
I think it was about 7:30-8am, although that means a 5am start for me...
Is this the Esso at Canley Ford on the A45? That's the nearest one I know of. I'm gonna have to have an early start as well. The only acommodation I can think of is the Express Holiday Inn on the A45. Rooms are £50 per night bed & breakfast. I stayed there during last month's show.
I've made a reservation at a B&B in Warwick for only £25. Beats getting up before dawn (whoever she is!) and driving all the way down to Coventry.

West Yorkshire Area Organiser Meetings take place on the first Wednesday of the month at 8.00pm at The Railway, 1 Birstall Lane, Drighlington, Bradford, BD11 1JJ
2003 Volvo XC90 D5 SE (PX53 OVZ - The daily driver) 2009 Mercedes-Benz W204 C200 CDI Sport (BJ58 NCV - The 2nd car) 1991 Toyota Celica GT (J481 ONB - a project car)
Former stable of SAY 414M (1974 Toledo), GRH 244D (1966 1300fwd), CDB 324L (1973 1500fwd), GGN 573J (1971 1500fwd), DCP 625S (1977 Dolomite 1300) & LCG 367N (1975 Dolomite Sprint), NYE 751L (1972 Dolomite 1850 auto) plus 5 Acclaims and that's just the Triumphs!
We do still need to work out the tools. It would be best to avoid everyone bringing different things, as otherwise someone is bound to end up losing something. I can supply axle stands (4 of) and a trolley jack. I guess we will need some more axle stands and another two jacks, to make life easier.
We'll also need a full set of spanners and sockets, I suggest 1 set per car, which I don't know if I have (you'd understand if you saw my lockup...).
And a clutch alignment tool. Can anybody think of anything else?

Andy,
It's a kind offer, but we generally end up staying until a fair while after the finish...
I'll be bringing all my tools plus trolley jack, axle stands and wheel ramps. I should have the necessary sockets and spanners as Alun has mentioned above.

I should have a full set of imperial spanners, which I'll try and check on this afternoon. As I understand it the engine of the 1500 is already in the bay, it just needs everything reconnected to it and fettling, so no engine crane needed.
There's just one more thing... (as Columbo would say!)
My good lady (Anita) will be coming along with me. Will I need another pass for her or can we blag it?
Going back to the subject of tools, I have a clutch alingment tool which I will bring along.
The jobs I plan to do on Snowdrop are:
A basic service (oil, plugs & filters)
Do some tuning up (check timing, rpm & dwell angle)
Smarten up my steel wheels (clean up, wirebrush & silver Hammerite paint)
Ditto for rocker cover (I might paint it in situ unless I can get a new gasket in time)
Clean and adjust the rear brakes.
Make a start on de-rusting the bodywork (door bottoms and suchlike)
Clean up the electrical contacts. Been having a few problems lately!
Fit the replacement indicator stalk (if my eBay purchase arrives in time!)
Replace the rear section of exhaust (cheers Justyn!)
Swap my plastic expansion tank for one of my brass ones and fit my new pressure cap.
Clean and degrease the engine bay.
That little lot should fill up the day!
I've got my parts to sell as well.
