The new bench I installed in our village at parishoners expense lasted 3 weeks before it was stolen.

Back here on Saturday. Going in for the spine procedure (2 injections) tomorrow. Fingers crossed for much painfree-ness.

And another one bites the dust.
I now have a dead Dolomite, an injured 4x4 and a dead Vivaro.

Bang on time for a big weekend of work that I could really do with.
Where'd I put the blowtorch... Lets make a fire.

Just googled Crickley Hill on the A417 (where Sheila threw a fuel pump wobbly last week) out of curiosity and the second result (after a roadworks announcement) was from www (dot) dogging-swingers.com. Apparently the woods we were stopped by are popular with couples showing off

edited to stop www (dot) dogging-swingers.com turning into a link

Pssssst; anyone want to buy a jar of marsh gas? I've had Quorn grills with mint sauce, boiled new potatoes and asparagus tips for my dinner.

Washed down with a cheeky pint of AsDa sugar-free cream soda with a vodka drizzle. Mmmm.

Heston me owd china, eat your heart out. :P

I'm back!!!!

Injections appear to have been a resounding success. No back pain, no leg pain and no lower body twitching at the moment. I cannot explain the degree of relief! Wonderful.

Can't drive though until tomorrow though!

When it rains, it pours. I've got a pounding head and a cold, and the dog's wandering around with a 'why haven't I been out yet?' look on his face, when a Greyhound pulls a guilt trip, they do it properly!

Betty's due in Essex tomorrow so, sometime in the last couple of days, she decided to break a half-shaft. Getting the inside end out was harder than welding it back together, but not as hard as grinding new splines with an angle grinder

So I went to get some new wiper blades for the Ibiza off a mate, I ended up leaving with some spring compressors and an offer of a fully carbon road bike.
But no wipers.
Doh.
