I used NGK iridium plugs, magnecor leads and Pazon electronic ignition, the leccy ignition box was one that utilized the points still and did make a difference to the way the car ran and started.

You can get all the above stuff from the guys, except for the ignition module.

I always use a Lucas Gold sports coil.
Jod Clark can supply a 'JODSPARK' electronic module.

What's the difference between the BP6EF and the BP6EFS? I've always used the plugs with the 'S' on the end. I thought the BP6EF were incorrect for the Sprint but I can't remember why. :?

ok i am very confused now as dollysteve said you fitted ngk iridium.. i spoke to ngk today they say they don't do iridium for the sprint .. and i tried to fit a mk007 magnatronic ignition unit and that did not work.. apparently ( according to james paddock) they don't do a magnatronic ignition for the sprint as the cap is the wrong size.. i am lost and confused...

MTK007 is the right unit..forget what paddock says..does it all fit under the cap?..if so,it fits then..Did you follow the instructions and mine to the word?..As it says, you will have to adjust your timing a bit after you have installed it..maybe that is why its not firing..there are a few other owners with this unit, and they all work ok..

hi.. thanks for reply.. but i had my local triumph garage fit it.. he checked everything .. but no spark.... but it did all fit .. he was at a loss and then i got told by paddock that it was the wrong unit.. so 2+2=4.. how ever the instructions said nothing about fixing directly to the fuse box?.. why would you do that?
