It's not what you say in your argument, it's how LOUD you say it. Apparently, the ultimate reason is "because." :?

Matilda the Daf just blew a brake seal in her vacuum valve, sending the pedal to the floor. Thought I was getting close to MOT time as well!

Looks like no-one does 10mm brake seals and even I baulk (a little) at getting creative on single-circuit brake hydraulics!

If my Forza 3 garage was real, I'd have a Datsun 510 capable of over 220mph. I'm kinda glad it's pretend.

BOB11 made it from Haslar to East Cowes only to run out of fuel on the return trip (12 litres, 30 minutes) spare fuel was sypthoned into the tank only for the engine to start coughing and splutturing, a slow cruise back followed by some paddling and a lot of getting wet trying to get her onto the trailer.

BOB at East cowes...

Who thought it was a good idea to put half the neccesary wiring there!!

Had a little job fitting a fag socket in a 2010 fiat Panda today. Took the ashtray out and ahh that looks helpfull the wiring is there with a 3 spade recepter on it. Thought id struck gold. Wired up the new socket light circuit works main power one doesn't! Start digging and find that the feed wire is not live. Checked the manual fuse no 78, ahh no fuse there. 20amp fuse in place still nothing. Remove fuse hang on theres only one wire and one terminal clamp to it. Id have needed to buy and insert from Fiat. SOD THAT. Multimeter out steering collumn cowling off. Identify switched live from ignition. Solder into it, inline fuse and bobs your uncle. No need for a £40 kit from Fiat
