Sorry ON TOPIC ALERT because I know the answer, and the answer is no it is not possible to pull your own head off but given the right (or wrong depending on your outlook) state of mind and a good quality sword you could use the sword to remove you own head but this wold take a fair bit of practice to get the correct motion and angle to remove your head completly in one hit, it is advisable not to practise on your own head.
