year on and I still haven't found the OBD2 sync socket on my triumph.
Might stick one on thats not connected to anything to really confuse modern day "mechanics"

Gahhhhh!!!!! There is virtually no information online about reading sound cards using vb and converting vc++ examples is completely doing my head in at the moment! One measly FIFO buffer class has just taken 2 hours to remove all the blue squigglies from so it'll compile!
Only another 4 class files to go and I should be able to get samples from the soundcard into memory rather than writing them directly to a wave file, which is what everyone seems to think you really want to do. Then it's "just" a case of working out how to process and render them in real-time to get my scope leads working like I want
