Sorry; Couldn't resist..... and; as I may as well get hung for a sheep, as a lamb:

Acrobat is the biggest pile of 'bloat-ware' there is; always has been - 150MB for a document reader ?.... Please

Couldn't agree more. The document compare function is the main reason I have pro, from time to time I install the trial versions of the alternatives and do a bunch of compares to see whose gives the best result. So far it's always been Adobe but I'd only ever describe it as 'least poor of the options'. In rev X they've tweaked the doc compare, first time since 7 iirc. Yipee I thought, lets see how much it's progressed. From what I've seen so far they've added a load of eye candy, taken away a couple of useful features and done absolutely diddly to improve the quality of the compare results.
1978 Pageant Sprint - the rustomite, 1972 Spitfire IV - sprintfire project, 1968 Valencia GT6 II - little Blue, 1980 Vermillion 1500HL - resting. 1974 Sienna 1500TC, Mrs Weevils big brown.

I ditched adobe Reader ages ago... I can't remember the alternative I used, but it's much faster to load, and takes up a lot less space. The main reason for switching was the load time! I'll have a look when I get home.

[adjudication mode]Agreed. Guilty as charged and sentenced to post:

"I wish all software was as good as Adobe"

Another Dolomite shaped car left my yard today and another possibly going this weekend so that leaves 5 Dolomite sized spaces that need filling.

I have accidentally acquired a bass guitar, right when I was giving up musical instruments. Oh dear.

Auto jumble bargain, Dolomite top ball joint (QH) £5, followed by another QH top BJ for only £5 and a 1970s still sealed in box 12v hair dryer for £3 :D

(I wont mention that a steak pasty cost me £3.85 and a cuppa tea £1.30  )

Ordering hoses would be much easier if I could remember what sizes I need longer than ten minutes.
