That's top money for a pair of cills, even allowing for the 'home counties tax'; let's hope its a top job. Allowing £100 for materials (which is twice what a Club pair would cost) that leaves three days labour. Always depends on what he found once inside...

3 days labour???? Thats slightly less than £20 per hour! You can come over and do all my welding for that and I'll still show a profit! London ish prices you'll pay more like £50/hr (local non franchised garage or mobile) which makes it a more sensible 9hrs. Then throw in paint as well, I think our man got a pretty reasoable deal,not cheap but reasonable! Steve

£20/hour or £100/day still very achievable this side of the river!
