Quite a neat little video I thought

Thrust bearings are allready on the centre bearing like the rover V8
GOOD vid
But when you torque the rod bolts up you should use a feeler gauge between the crank and rod to stop the rod twisting and bruising the bearing if any of you should be attempting a 10 min build
