Best of luck with your project, it looks like a sound basis for restoration or conversion - enjoy!

I know you can buy fibreglass bonnets but I just wanted to have a go at making one, I am not even sure if I will use it. The red calliper is an alloy four pot calliper that I have been lent buy the manufacturer, I just need to draw up an adapter. The red Sprint is a spares car that I managed to get at scrap value.

What is that caliper exactly and will it fit without any modification? It would make for an interesting brake upgrade.

I didn't get chance to visit you at the weekend. Maybe this coming weekend.

I got the calliper from a machine shop, it is very close to just bolting on but the holes are slightly out, you would probably get away with just elongating the holes but that's not really something I would do. A simple bracket will make it a bolt on job.

Looks like you are getting well into it Bryce.

Don't forget not to go too far - we expect to see you at the next Club Triumph meeting :D

I'm hoping to make the next one Martin. Brown will be the car of choice now it is running again.

Bryce, I'll try to get over at some point at the weekend. I want to see your Tolly.

Bryce is away at the moment Dave.

The best chance of seeing the car is at the March Pendle and Pennine meeting
