Sprint Weber Manifold with 45's???
Sprint Weber Manifold with 45's???
Just a quick question!! Out of interest what would you (the sprint massive!!) pay for a pair of weber 45's with manifold and linkage??? Are 45's worth the hassle and cost of fitting??? Cant really find any information on them?? Cheers Ian
Thanks for the information. Ive been offered apair of 45's with manifold and linkage set up for a dolly with fast road cam, for £325. So i assume thats about the right money. Not to sure what to do as i want to use the car on a regular basis, so would also need a cam, to match the webers!!! Think ive started down that long road of modifications!!!!!!!! Can you still get the STR91 cam or is it a case of piper/kent/newman cams??
Ian:
I bought a new STR91 from Jigsaw racing. It came in a box that said Newman Cams. You have to order the cam and it takes about 4 weeks. I hope to have my Sprint engined TR7 running in a few days.
I will be running HS8s on it, but I do have a Weber manifold. That'll go on after the engine is broken in and everything is sorted.
Cheers,
Richard

Thanks for the reply Richard looking at your other thread seems your having fun at the moment!!! So is the STR91 a road/race cam??? When it is all together is it a combination that you could use as a daily driver???USASPRINTMAN wrote:Ian:
