These sound similar to the old Brian Kitley engines: I wonder if there is any connection?

What can you uprate on a standard water pump apart from changing vanes ?

A customer of mine found them a couple of years ago, When he asked for some recomendations of their Sprint work the cited a guy in Portugal they built a Sprint engine for about 10 years ago.

9,000 revs on a standard block, without a brace!!!!!!!! for how long???????
