If I were to make one from scratch I would do the following...
Sprint sub frame and engine mounts...TR7 engine and HS6 carbs...Sprint box and sprint diff....
The Sprint is faster obviously but is that bit more complex mechanically.
I dont really like the cam lube system which is really the only thing thats given me trouble.
The Sprint transmission is a bit more reliable...the TR7 engine is a bit too much for the smaller box and ordinary diff, but maybe Ive been unlucky with diffs and boxes. They may well have been fine when new...
