Powr Lok LSD - Oil Change

I am lucky enough to have a Powr Lok LSD fitted to my car.

I want to change the oil, can anyone recommend one.

Another forum is recommending Morris XEP 80w/90 is this any good?

You need an oil for use in plate type LSD's. miller do the correct oil. I will check later what number it is, as its what I use in mine

I read on the Sprintparts website the original spec was Castrol Hypoy LS it seems to be available still but whether it is the same spec as back in the 70's I am not sure.

I use miller CRX LS. 80/90 semi synthetic in my diff

There are a few suitable oils. If they have the LS or LSD in their type name it is ok. Then it's suitable.
