Ha, yeah..

I wouldn't have needed a exhaus, although I pulled onto a verge on a village road to let a stupidly big track pass me, and as I pulled away my back box got snagged and ripped off my exhaust

Thats the most annoying 'problem' I've had because it happened through my own stupidity rather that mechanical failure..

Your nickname isn't Lucky is it #-o

Ok...... maybe that'll be it for quite a while now. Just make sure you carry huge amounts of lucky heather, 4 leaved clover, St. Christophers by the bucket full and a few lucky rabbits feet wherever you go

Anyone got a spare 1850 backbox for the poor lad?

If you managed to rip it off like that it had only a few miles left before it fell off...ask Susie; hers wasn't even blowing and it fell off!

Quick Q..

I used me locking wheel nuts of my 1850 standard wheels on the Sprint Alloys.. I was meant to ask way back when - is that a problem ?

Yes, probably not a good idea, post a pic when you can and I'll let you know.

I think I've got 12 correct nuts (3/8ths) you can have but you obviously need another 4 #-o

With regards to my gearbox, would I have a single or 3 rail system ?

And whichever I have now, do I need to get the same if I was to put an O/D box ?
