Thanks Alan,
The problem is that Toledo 2-4 suffers from the same problem that is affecting the club.

The SAME people are the ones who keep it alive. Fewer, actually, no new people have written in to me for well over a year now and yet such people are the first who complain when the magazine content dives or we skip an issue because of a lack of content.

Yes, we are all busy people but the small situation of Toledo 2-4 is endemic to the problem of the club. I had someone call me last November asking for technical help. I was on the phone for an hour and even scanned and e-mailed him sections of the parts book to help him on his way; all I asked for was a quick jotting and maybe even a picture of his efforts. I am still waiting. Something back in return, other than simply paying a (very small actually in real terms) membership fee, would be nice and would benefit our club enormously.

Anyway, fantastic suggestion of the differences between the Dolomite 1300 and Toledo - it will be done - thanks for that! Hilarious response also Justyn, thanks for that helpful little snippet. The more helpful Alan has been scribbling away... so I suppose Toledo 2-4 is spared its execution for one more issue.

Ceri – just because you are new to the cars doesn’t mean you can’t write! What do you like about them – why did you buy your car?

Dollyboy – come on, half an hour to write in; what is 30 minutes out of your sleeping time (or time being nagged!?) Your project sounds intriguing….

Toledo lovers – scribble in! Even those of you who hate the Toledo: write in, why is it such a nasty little specimen in relation to the awesome Sprint?

I await a flurry of e-mails and posts!
