Attempting to change the rear suspension on a rusty Ford Focus whilst battling man flu isn't a good idea.
In other news in two days time I will playing with an old rusty triumph 1300TC :D

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.

Not terribly happy with where my old Daffodil went right now - thrashed to overheating on a trip down to Hampshire and planning to swap the original 746c engine (one of 2 in the country of that model) for an 850.

Seems such a shame for an (until now) unmolested 47 year old car with only 2 left on the road :(

Logged on to facebook last night to see a friends request from my son, who I haven't had any contact with since 1996.

I think the heart attack risk is back to normal again now.

My partner's youngest daughter has given birth to a boy yesterday. She already has a 12 year old son and 18 month old twins!

Just discovered I can get DAF, Spitfire and a lot of 1300 FWD parts in the workshop at once. Although DAF front bumper is touching workbench, Spitfire front bumper is touching DAF rear bumper and Spitfire rear bumper touches the barn doors on the garage. Its a bit of a tight fit I think.

Now I'm not someone who wants a lot of things, but I do tend to buy the few things I do want.
Trouble is, if i sell my triumphs, I think I want a v8 tvr. Actually, I'm pretty sure I do. I'll have a look, just a quick look on ebay, surely that won't hurt...
