Feel sorry for the staff, but dont care one jot for the company... i used to work for their Norwich branch and a worse, more disorganised company i have yet to find. They had a very high staff turnover as well - always a bad sign.
The "proper" Unipart that we all know and love died many years ago..

Indeed they did, which was a shame because they had high quality parts at reasonable prices with the best delivery service we'd ever experienced with one particular dealer. (Which inadvertantly got us into the middle of a massive dispute between two franchisees that nearly ended up with one taking the other to court over us......)
Currently over 35 years worth of fixing 35 boxes.
Hoping to reach 65 years worth of fixing 65 boxes.
