Feel sorry for the staff, but dont care one jot for the company... i used to work for their Norwich branch and a worse, more disorganised company i have yet to find. They had a very high staff turnover as well - always a bad sign.
The "proper" Unipart that we all know and love died many years ago..

Indeed they did, which was a shame because they had high quality parts at reasonable prices with the best delivery service we'd ever experienced with one particular dealer. (Which inadvertantly got us into the middle of a massive dispute between two franchisees that nearly ended up with one taking the other to court over us......)matt of the vivas wrote: The "proper" Unipart that we all know and love died many years ago..

That will mean my lifetime samson battary warrenty wont be valid anymore ?
