Anyone put LED indicator bulbs in their dolly? Dunno if it's legal or not but I recon it might solve the endless issues I have with poor earthing as a much lower current is required. I've lost track.of the number of times I've cleaned up those corroded contacts.
Also, does anyone know where I can get new rubber indicator gaskets for less than.rimmers 5 pound a go?

Re: LED indicators?
very similar light units for the front indicators on Spits and MGB's
If you want the full boot it may be angled a bit but still works.
Try any of the MGB regulars or Moss.

Re: LED indicators?
For LED indicators you can either fit load resistors to mimic the action of an incansecant bulb or fit a suitable relay. Make sure you fit amber bulbs. If you use white ones, the colours will look a bit wahsed out due to the brighter whiter LED bulb. My light bulb guide HERE should also be of some help. I've already fitted a suitable relay so I can try an LED bulb.

Re: LED indicators?
Alas, the sidelight/indicator units on my b are much smaller than the dollys, rubber bumper bs or spits might be more comparable? The gaskets are Certainly a lot cheaper at 99p each
Re: LED indicators?
If you find any LED side or indicator bulbs that carry the E mark could you post a link please? Ta.
