The track is in sections; you don't have to use it all...

Tin - sorry, I missed your previous post. Thanks, it's been hard work building the thing so far. I'd be happy to never carry another concrete block.

Adam - South America with no specific plans beyond thet just yet. I need to see the Panama Canal with my own eyes though... haha

Alun - I was planning on using the rsj itself as a track. I was thinking that would simplify things. I appreciate your thoughts though - any advice?

Still not got a chain hoist, but did finally get around to linking the garage to mains power this week.... 7 years after building the thing! :)
