Recommended Garage in London?

#1 Post by cv17rd1985 »

Just got a sprint and was wondering if anyone could recommend a garage in London that isn't crazy expensive but would have some knowledge of the engines...

Cheers

Z cars in Battersea is excellent. Zoran is the chap that runs it and he is thoroughly decent, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Once he sees you are passionate about old cars he really opens up to you. His hourly rate is £70 but after dealing with him and spending time chatting about his cars etc (of which he has a few!) he cut me a very very generous deal.

Could not recommend higher.

Delacourt Motors in Blackheath

Have used them for a number of years now for moderns and classics alike. Sensible prices, sensible advice and a shared love of 'our' cars.

Ah Mjump!

I live in Wandsworth so this garage would be very handy for me.... Maybe we can introduce our Dollys there!

Interested to know how much you managed to negotiate his labour rate to...??? :)
