To be honest, we don't mind if you turn up on a donkey, the event is all about like-minded enthusiasts meeting up, exchanging stories, asking questions, sharing a few jokes and making new friends. If you don't own a Dolomite, or if your Dolomite is currently off the road, you should still come along anyway, you won't be disappointed.

Top tips from the locals . . .
#1 Shell garage just across the road.
#2 If coming from east, watch out for 40 mph speed camera on A556 just after the little round tower.
#3 Bring some cash as there are several interesting shops.
#4 Again, if coming from the east on A556 watch out for Roberts bakery spiral bread cooler, it goes round and round and round and . . .
It isn't Orange!!!!!!
The other one wasn't Purple either!!!
One of the new ones will probably be green, very green.
Another new one is green too but not as green as the previous one. Still pretty green. No, now it's Blue.
The other new one will be white with stripes. Actually it might not. No, it will be.
BUT, that one is definitely Yellow :=}

Is that the one at the end of Norley Road which got flattened?

Yep....but it's been unflattened! :)
Come and see some pretty shoddy, slow driving of a really well prepared competition Sprint here!

I've finally got my 1850 back with a fresh MoT so I'm all set. I'll get some miles put on it to shake it down and the front wheel alignment needs doing after I had a replacement steering rack fitted. I can't believe I've done just over 600 miles between MoTs!

Has it got the right number of headlights?
If it has you could stick a badge on it.

I have ordered a new badge today, but it won't make it on time.

If you squint your eyes enough, it does look like a dolly, albeit one with a massive overdose of steroids.

It was an enjoyable day with a good turnout of Dolomites. It was good to meet friends old & new and to be able to put some more faces to the names. I managed to take quite a few photos so I'll just post a select few including Danny & Jannette's 1500SE which has 80, YES 80 miles on the clock and is about as original as you can get.

I've found out that the SE was indeed the one that was offered for auction along with the 1500HL and the Herald but went unsold.
