I have been told that Triumph had quite an extensive film department meaning that there are quite a few celluloid 'documents' of their greatest vehicles as it were...?!
I am very keen to know if they did a film specifically for the Dolomite Sprint...?! Can anyone of you good people enlighten me and perhaps tell me more?!?!?!
It'd be great to see a film relating to this most wonderful of cars...
Search for 'this is triumph' on you tube, closest wehave found
It isn't Orange!!!!!!
The other one wasn't Purple either!!!
One of the new ones will probably be green, very green.
Another new one is green too but not as green as the previous one. Still pretty green. No, now it's Blue.
The other new one will be white with stripes. Actually it might not. No, it will be.
BUT, that one is definitely Yellow :=}
I have seen 'This is Triumph' many times (I just cannot help myself!!!) and I just think that although the last few minutes of that film tell us a little bit about the Dolomite Sprint there must have been a film that was made specifically for that car...
It was 'the old days', maybe there is a stone tablet.

I think that even if the car itself didn't get a big launch film the engine would have as it was something pretty special and won various important awards...

I remember seeing a cutaway Sprint engine at a car show in Bristol some years ago. Presumably, this was produced by Triumph and would have been used in some sort of publicity, either live or on film?
