Air cleaner assembly for Weber 48s

I was just flicking through the Special Tuning parts list and came across the Air Cleaner Assembly for Weber 48s... part STR0462

Does anyone have a photo of this assembly, or is it the same as the one in the homologation forms (next to the Weber carbs)?
