Which Engine stand bolts required

Can anyone tell what bolts I need to fix a sprint engine to an engine stand

I just rummaged around in the garage until I found some 5/16" UNF bolts that were long enough to mount it on the flywheel end, they need to be quite long about 4" or so.

Another option is to mount it like I saw on a Dutch engine builder's site and he does it like this:-
