I'd love to participate, but the car won't be up to scratch in time, next year.

Thats handy to know....I'll have to pop over to see your Beast!

Home to Bear Town Brewery as well!
Come and see some pretty shoddy, slow driving of a really well prepared competition Sprint here!

today managed to pay.....as others have found, they emailed about receiving the payment, but it is awaiting processing.
Now, which car? I plan to take the spitfire, but the Toledo could be a fair substitute....(but then again the 75%+ power to weight ratio gain by using the Spit holds a very large appeal!)

75% Power to weight ratio gain between a slant powered Toledo and a Spitfire????? Does the Spit have a Merlin then?

But it is only an 1800, and has a crappy exhaust manifold off a focus. That bit I plan to work on, but don't hold your breath! So not as many horses as it could have.

They have my money too! Last year I didn't get so much as a piece of paper for confirmation but my name was on their list when I checked in at Coombe. Best to take your order confirmation number, just in case!
Don't forget you will need a crash helmet and to have your arms covered when on track (assuming you don't have a Nomex race suit)

See you all there!

Helmet ✓
Long sleeves ✓
Daughter who wants to come along ✓
(she has a driving license etc, but just wants to be a passenger. Think that is all OK and so on, didn't mention it on the form)
