Re: New Forest Triumph Run
I remember Highcliffe Castle when it was just a wreck when I went to Mudeford for my holidays in the early 80s great place. All done up by English Heritage now I think.

I'll be there as long as the car resto is finished. I have a 2010 plaque from when I went in my TR7. I notice they don't do plaques any more

Re: New Forest Triumph Run
Good luck to all those doing the New Forest run tomorrow, sadly I won't be with you, I have no idea what the weather is like in the uk but if it is anything like past runs it should be good.

Re: New Forest Triumph Run
Hi All,
This year there was just 2 Dollies at the NFR, 3 Toledo's & 1 1500, apologies if I missed anyone else's car...
The weather could not have been better for all of us...
The starting/meeting point was Ringwood market car park

The oldest Triumph in attendance was this pre-war Gloria

A couple of late arrivals...

The 3 Toledo's...

An original factory TR7 Sprint, one of only 62 iirc made

Halfway stopping point

The final stop was at Highcliffe Castle, great place for those 'arty' pics

Some Triumph enthusiasts, might have got confused with Justyn's 1500 but he had a cunning plan to avoid this...

Cheers Dave

Re: New Forest Triumph Run
Looks as if you had a great day, sorry I couldn't make it again this year, family commitments took priority.
Anyone up for Popham in a couple of weeks?
