Retro dolly accessories

#1 Post by richard4040 »

I'm currently building my dolly and I'm looking for retro accessories to add some awesomeness:D.
Already have a front splitter, rear spoiler, rear window lourves and a few other special items. Just wondering what else is out there:)
Cheers.

Ive got an automatic lights on device, genuine 70s.... Its got a sensor in the front grille and an electronic box of tricks that switches the lights on when it gets dark. Its adjustable and already wired up to go straight in a Dolly.

8 track stereo 8)
Bobble back seat cover (yuk)
Stick on compass.
Parking light that clips on the window.
Vacuum gauge that shows how economical your driving is.
Finally how about one of those conducting strips that touch the road to eliminate static

I remember back in the 70's I visited a car spares shop in Portsmouth at the same time as a Russian warship was visiting the naval harbour. There was about 4 minders while a Russian officer bought spares for his Lada (presumably) and he chose an air freshener and some lambskin seat covers
Decadent west
track action maniac.

The lunatic is out................heres Jonny!

How about one of these curved panoramic interior mirrors that had spring clips to fit it over the standard interior mirror to give you an all-round view . I think I still have one somewhere, but I remember they were outlawed as being "dangerous" because of all the glass involved and they were not securely mounted.

My speakers aren't for sale. I was just showing you mine as an example of a period accessory you could fit.
