Sprintparts

#1 Post by tom16v »

Anybody know what has happened to Sprintparts website?
I was just going to order one of their light flywheels with this months pay packet and it all seems to have disappeared. :(

The Australian guys make a billet fly wheel that still uses a standard clutch. That was what I was wanting. :)

Site's just returning an empty body tag, maybe they've forgotten to pay the hosting bill?!

Past fleet: Triumph 2000, Lancia Beta Coupe, BL Mini Clubman, Austin Metro, Vauxhall Cavalier MK1 & MK2, Renault 18 D, Rover 216 GSI, Honda Accord (most expensive car purchase, hated, made out of magnetic metal as only car I've ever been crashed into...4 times), BMW 318, Golf GTi MK3 16v x 3

Yes, I wondered that. Anyone know how to contact them otherwise? Maybe an email address or a phone number?

Cheers

You could try PMing them. SPRINTPARTS is their forum name. Although they haven't looked in for nearly two years.

Or maybe try posting on this forum:-

I'm sure the guy who created this website also did theirs iirc?

Just found this on the above site:-

I too was after a light billet flywheel for a standard clutch for my track car project and tried Sprintparts in December 2015.

He declined as he no longer sells them.

I did get one from Jigsaw, picture attached.

Its a lot lighter than it looks in the picture, I can let you have a picture of the other side as well if you like.
