If there's any space, I'd be interested, now I'm fairly sure I'll still be in the area...

tickets...

#48 Post by tangocharlie1 »

Hi everyone.

I now have tickets for this years HPOM, luckily they seem to have sent me a couple more than i was expecting so nick, adam or mike if your still interested drop me a PM and i will add you to my list. The show is august sunday 26th, we need to be on site by 0930, my suggestions is to meet as last year at rownhams service station (westbound) where i will have your passes ready between 0830 and 0845 and drive in together in convoy style to broadlands which takes no more than 10 mins. Those people unable to make the rendezvous point need to PM/EMAIL me with your address ASAP so i can send the passes to you and you can meet us there.
(Malc i have your address just confirm if you are making your own way there please).

Directions
Broadlands is on the A3090 Romsey by-pass half mile from romsey town centre. The m27 motorway runs three miles from Broadlands. Drivers should leave the m27 motorway at junction 3 if approaching from the north and east, or junction 2 if approaching from the west, and follow signs to Broadlands.
Failing that just meet at rownhams services and we can all go together.

For those who want to Justyn and I will as last year plan to go to the pub in sherfield english (up the road) from broadlands after the event for a shandy and chips. I am also hoping to do a bit of a BBQ during the day weather permitting, however i am short of GAZEBOS if anyone is willing to bring theres i would be grateful i think we need about 3 in total more would be good. If anyone has any questions do not hesitate to contact me or justyn. Here is an up to date list of the names i have of people who have confirmed.

And with Sarah taking hers, and Nick, I feel I will be at least partially represented (having owned two of the cars for a short while).....

unless I can get the green machine roadworthy by then! which I very much doubt...

Are the passes car&driver, or car&driver&passengers?

last year passes were for the car (with as many passengers and dogs as you could get in)

Attention Matt, Malc and any others who will be going southbound on the A34!
How about meeting at Heyford Hill Sainsburys or similar for a convoy down?

Chris,

I know I'm on the confirmed list already ..... but I'll confirm anyway  .

On the subject of the BBQ, I'm afraid I won't be participating in that, as I'm a bit funny about eating BBQ food after suffering illness from one a few years back. No offence, but I don't even trust myself when it comes to cooking on a BBQ  :!:
