electronic overdrive
electronic overdrive
I have just fixed up the master & slave cylinders on my Sprint, but now the electronic overdrive is not working. Does anyone have any ideas?

Re: electronic overdirve
Did you knock the wires off the solenoid? They run along the top of the box and pick up connectors the stick loom and then drop down to
the solenoid.
There is also a gearbox loom connector just above the oil pressure switch - sort of dangling in that area.
Also its not electronic - in the sense that no valves or semi-conductors are emplyed in its operation. Electro mechanical...

Thanks Jonners, I will check, I wondered if all that was sort of nearby. Thanks also for correcting the header and educating me on the finer points of electromechanicsJon Tilson wrote:Did you knock the wires off the solenoid?
