High level brake light accessory ......

..... does anyone have a solution to the sticky fixing pads falling off in hot weather on one of these ?

They seem to be fine when first fitted, but age badly. I've tried " Sticky fixers " and then Superglue but nothing lasts more than a few weeks now.
