Cheapskate Jon yes...but this is a great idea. I think this would be an ideal use of club funds and I too think that they will move off the shelf without much trouble.
I however got in early and have just received mine, so thanks Jeroen.

I had every confidence in Jeroens ability to come up with the goods as he does talk a lot of sense in my opinion and I wasn't disappointed. They look really good, being high quality and a faithful replication. Of course excluding the relays... Wow, its like having an original loom but one that is able to bend be malleable and non crispy!

How about a club bulk buy for stock of say 10 sets a time to avoid the dutch postage charge?
:) Would one British postal charge added to 10% Dutch parcel postal charge be less than one Dutch large letter postal charge?

(If you don't include the relays themselves, the loom could go in a Jiffy envelope as a large letter.)
The Club needs to show a profit on sales.

On a related note it looks like Rimmers have the 3-pin sealed beams in stock at £17.50 each. :)

Done!
I wasn't expecting to have to replace the dip/main switch. All done though, and threaded through the steering column as original.
With the engine running at idle, dip beam on, voltage at each headlight positive was battery (alternator) volts and on the return 0.1 or 0.2 volts.
With main beam on, all four headlight positives were battery volts and 0 to 0.2 volts on the return. Those lights are BRIGHT.
Many thanks to Jeroen for making up those looms.

It's good to hear all worked out ok and happy i could post it one day before my holiday. The next batch is being made right now. Making sets in advance would not be possible. The first 5 sets were all different exept for one member who ordered two identical ones. The next ones now being made are also not all identical. Can someone post a pic of how it is fitted?
