Thanks GTS290N.

Do you have any paperwork or photo related to Guthrie Bros you can share related to your Dolomite.

Unfortunately not - I kept nothing of the car, and as it was a trade sale at almost 5 years old it didn't come with much. I do remember the paper receipt for £750 cash, but when the car was scrapped in 1983 I binned everything.

Thank you a new dealer for me. That is an odd name. Looks as if the http://woottonbridgeiow.org.uk will not allow links to their images.

Sparshatts were a big outfit in the Southampton area. Lex Mead was the other big Triumph and Rover outfit.

Note from Admin: sadly Jon passed away in February 2018 but his humour and wealth of knowledge will be fondly remembered by all. RIP Jonners.

One of my Toledos came from Holloway Barker. I believe it came about, when a Rover (Holloway) and Triumph (PW Barker)dealership combined.

I think it would be worth you speaking to a good friend of mine in Malvern, who was in charge of the Triumph dealership network at the time. Send me a message on triumphtoledo@hotmail.com if you want his details.
