Today's Top Spot
Re: Today's Top Spot
If you see a Mimosa Sprint hooning around the ring road like a hooligan, sorry.
Current fleet: '75 Sprint, '73 1850, Daihatsu Fourtrak, Honda CG125, Yamaha Fazer 600, Shetland 570 (yes it's a boat!)
Past fleet: Triumph 2000, Lancia Beta Coupe, BL Mini Clubman, Austin Metro, Vauxhall Cavalier MK1 & MK2, Renault 18 D, Rover 216 GSI, Honda Accord (most expensive car purchase, hated, made out of magnetic metal as only car I've ever been crashed into...4 times), BMW 318, Golf GTi MK3 16v x 3

Saw a really special Riley 9 kestrel from 1934 at the petrol station this morning....
Not often the P6 is upstaged on the forecourt.....must work out how to upload phone pics..

Last weekend, in Keynsham, I saw an immaculate Riley Elf (or maybe a Wolseley Hornet?). Not just that, but it was a soft top version.
Re: Today's Top Spot
It's the weather for it, immaculate BMC landcrab opposite the Cambridge Corn Exchange Monday, my Sprint actually had a bit of respite from getting it's picture taken for a bit.

Re: Today's Top Spot
Last week I had a rewiring job at the customer's and these were looking at me the whole week. I would choose the white one.

Re: Today's Top Spot
Something I haven't seen for a number of years appeared today on the Northbound M25. !
An original Lotus Sunbeam in great condition! With the reg DAC nnn Y
Wave, wave and thumbs up !
No means of saying "One of my other cars is also a Lotus" sadly.
I'd have kept up in a Sprint !
That quite made my day.
I remember thinking of buying one as an alternative to a Sprint .
Tony.

Saw this in a place called Veldhofen, near Eindhoven, Holland, was working there for a couple of days.
Then on the way to Brussels airport I saw an immaculate Mk1 Transit on a side road.

Bother! I didn't realise. Spent Kings day in a hotel room, who wants to go to a party in Eindhoven of 200,000 people wearing orange and I'm the only one not!
