Has anyone had there shell soda blasted .pros & cons please and whos does it in the midlands as i carnt travel due to my careing duties whis are 24/7 and the shell isnt on wheels .Is mobile and option or i will need some transport to get it moved to there work shop & is it to messey to do at your home?

No direct experience of soda blasting but I can highly recommend a company based nr me in Stoke. Very professional, nice people and good value. They do lots of shells. They're called L & R Site Services, they primarily do industrial equipment so their website is a bit meaningless but they have stuff on the Facebook page if you do that sort of thing. They've done quite a few smaller bits for me and also did my axle.

Wouldn't do it at home, it's noisy and does make a mess.
