Got the front arches bonded on and cut to fit.

And had a mock fit of the front panels. Now starting to get them fitted permanently.

Hanging on tenterhooks, looking for an update - that is looking fabulous..
I have a fine and extensive collection of old rust. I store it carefully in a Stag.

More progress:) got the axle bump stop all done and fitted.

Is this a "spot the deliberate mistake" competition?

You have the caliper carriers to the front of the hubs, they should be at the back! WHY this is escapes me, but that is original design and TJs are made to work that way round too. Sterling work otherwise! Love to see shiny bits going back, maybe because I am too lazy to make things shiny when I know full well they won't stay that way!

I think what's happened there is that uploading them has somehow mirrored the image. They are Infact on correctly.


I'm currently in the garage undoing bolts ready for a speedy swap tomorrow morning :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

My TJ's are on the front and work fine with less work to do with brake pipes :)

Today got the throttle pedal fitted and the front wings,panel and splitter part stonechipped. Awaiting a second coat and paint before fitting. Also Robert has been busy in the engine bay but no pictures yet. Finished the day off with a bbq

Front splitter is now on 8) waiting for the some filler to dry then we will drill holes to match the arch bolts around the top edge.

We had to profile re shape the edges of the splitter as it didn't fit the wide arches.

Also took a comparison picture of the orrgional steel wheel and what will be fitted :lol:
